RETURN POLICY

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of your order. All returns must include all unopened, original packaging. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

HOW TO START A RETURN

To get the return process started, e-mail hello@studioneighbour.co.uk with your order number.

Please let us know the item(s) you wish to return.

Be sure to package your return carefully. and please return within 14 days of your returns request and approval.

For safety reasons, not all items are eligible for return (ie personal hygiene, beauty products, food items etc).

We will issue a refund for the cost of your returned item(s) once arrived, which you will receive 5-7 days after we process your return.
